This Privacy Policy describes how Janko Tech Ventures LLC, operating under the brand Tap Party ("we," "our," or "us"), collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Tap Party mobile application (the "App") and our website at tap-party.com (the "Site"), collectively the "Services."
This policy is intended to cover Tap Party on both the Apple App Store and Google Play. By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Player names: When you start a game, you may enter player names. Player names are used only during gameplay on your device. They are not transmitted to our servers, RevenueCat, Google AdMob, Apple, Google Play, or any other third party by Tap Party.
Support requests: If you contact us for help, you may provide your name, email address, and a description of your issue. We use this information only to respond to your request and provide support.
Tap Party does not require users to create an account or login. However, limited information may be collected automatically by third-party services that help operate the App, manage purchases, and serve advertisements to free users. Depending on how you use the App, this may include:
Tap Party does not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, videos, microphone audio, camera data, health data, or payment card information.
If you make a purchase, such as a Premium subscription, Lifetime purchase, or Party Pack, the transaction is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not collect, receive, or store your payment card number, bank account number, or other payment card details. RevenueCat receives purchase receipts and entitlement information so the App can unlock and restore paid features.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not require accounts. We do not collect names, email addresses, or phone numbers through the App unless you voluntarily contact us for support.
The App integrates the following third-party SDKs and services. Each operates under its own privacy policy; we encourage you to review them.
Purpose: In-app purchase management, subscription status, entitlement management, and restore purchases.
Data collected: Anonymous app user identifier, purchase receipts, subscription status, entitlement status, app version, platform, and related purchase-management information.
RevenueCat does not receive your name, email address, phone number, or payment card information from Tap Party. Tap Party is configured not to use RevenueCat's automatic device identifier collection for iOS.

Purpose: Serving advertisements to free-tier users.
Data collected: Ad request information, general device information, general geographic region inferred from IP address, and ad interaction information such as impressions and clicks.
Tap Party is configured to request non-personalized ads. The current iOS build does not request access to Apple's IDFA through App Tracking Transparency. Premium users do not see ads.

Apple and Google may collect information about downloads, purchases, subscriptions, device details, and transactions in accordance with their own privacy policies and platform terms.

Tap Party does not currently use Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Sentry, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar third-party analytics or crash reporting SDKs in the production mobile app.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share limited information in the following circumstances:
Free-tier users may see advertisements served by Google AdMob. Tap Party is configured to request non-personalized ads. Premium users, including users with an active Premium subscription, Lifetime purchase, or other applicable paid entitlement, do not see ads.
The current iOS version of Tap Party does not request access to Apple's Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) and does not show an App Tracking Transparency prompt. We do not use information collected by the App to track users across apps or websites owned by other companies for targeted advertising.
Google may still process limited ad-related information, such as general device information, general region derived from IP address, and ad interactions, to deliver and measure non-personalized ads. You can manage advertising preferences through your device settings and Google's advertising controls.
Tap Party offers optional paid features, which may include Premium subscriptions, Lifetime access, and Party Pack purchases. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play.
We do not receive your full payment card details. RevenueCat helps us verify receipts, determine entitlement status, and restore purchases if you reinstall the App or move to a compatible device.
Subscription billing, cancellations, refunds, and renewal settings are handled by Apple or Google according to the platform where you made the purchase.
Player names: Player names are used locally for gameplay and are not transmitted to us.
Purchase records: Purchase receipts, subscription status, and entitlement information are retained by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat according to their own legal, accounting, fraud prevention, and platform requirements.
Advertising data: Google AdMob retains advertising-related information according to Google's policies and applicable law.
Support correspondence: If you contact us for support, we may retain that correspondence for up to 2 years after your last contact unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.
Because Tap Party does not maintain user accounts, many app-related records are pseudonymous and may not be directly identifiable to you. You may contact us at support@tap-party.com with privacy-related requests, and we will assist where possible.
Tap Party is an adult drinking party game intended exclusively for users who are of legal drinking age in their jurisdiction. In the United States, users must be 21 or older. In other locations, users must meet the applicable legal drinking age. The App displays an age gate requiring confirmation of legal drinking age.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App is not directed to children and is not intended for users under 18 under any circumstances. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it promptly.

Because Tap Party does not require accounts and does not collect names or email addresses through the App, some records may be held only by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or Google AdMob. In those cases, we may direct you to the appropriate platform or provider.
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, may provide additional rights.

Categories of personal information collected in the past 12 months may include: identifiers such as an anonymous app user identifier; commercial information such as purchase records and subscription status; internet or electronic network activity such as ad interactions; and approximate location derived from IP address for advertising purposes. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information through the App.
Tap Party is operated from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.

Tap Party's initial App Store availability may be limited by country or region. This Privacy Policy applies to the Services wherever they are made available.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include using reputable third-party platforms and encrypted connections where information is transmitted.
However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and encourage you to use the latest version of the App and your device's operating system.
Data transmitted between your device and third-party services is generally encrypted using industry-standard HTTPS/TLS protocols.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we may provide notice within the App or via a prominent notice on this page.
